The recent explosive growth in communications means clients are better informed than ever. Consequently, distance does not create the barrier it did in the past: fax machines, 1-800 lines and the Internet make physical presence optional. Whether one's broker is in Montreal, Quebec City or Saint-Sauveur doesn't matter as much as being able to reach him or her easily... and getting the right kind of service !

People are better informed, but they are also in a hurry. Or, at least, time is important to them. This is why they appreciate stable, efficient, business relationships that don't require them to start from square one every year.
